Our Taskforce - a team of international trainers
The taskforce was founded in 2008 and has grown since then. Under the leadership of Conny Montague the Leadership Training for Women was created by a team of international professional trainers. The team is meeting annually for further development of the programs.

Professional Experience and Occupation
Conny runs her own training organization and specializes in developing and marketing intercultural and other business seminars, as well as giving these seminars as a senor trainer. She manages free-lance training staff and runs Train-the-Trainer seminars. She works as an examiner for the Munich Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Her clients are large and medium-sized companies with a strong international focus from the sectors of automotive, production and finance, both in Germany and abroad. She is also a lecturer at the Aalen University for Applied Science where she teaches management and presentation skills to various MBA and MSc courses. Roles at BPW Conny is one of the founding members of her BPW Club in Burghausen and was the Club President for six years. She is a certified PEP Trainer (by BPW/USA in New York) and runs Train-the-Trainer courses for PEP trainers in Europe. Currently she is the Chair of the BPW Europe Task Force for Leadership and Lifelong Learning and apart from organizing workshops for the team members and giving lectures she is also an author of the BPW Leadership Training for Women. Independent strategic consultant and management coach to develop new business, facilitate effective teams and train people. Teaching MBA students at one of the leading business schools in Nordic region- Estonian Business School. Ester is also one of few certified Executive Coaches in Estonia. Previously, 15+ years experience in corporate boards of international pharmaceutical companies with extensive experience in strategic marketing and customer service. For all her professional caree, Ester has shared her experience for international students in Estonian Business School in Tallinn and Helsinki, Moldova, Russia, Germany, Chech Republic and others. Her competence areas are Principles of Strategic Management and Women in Leadership. Frequent speaker on Estonian and international management conferences with focus on women in leadership and career management. One of the organizers of Estonian National Women Congress. Her doctoral research topic focus on Women On Boards issues. Roles at BPW Certified Trainer of BPW Personal Empowerment Training Program. Delivered women empowerment and leadership trainings for more than 400 women over last 3 years in Estonia. Ann is a leadership development consultant and coach with a focus on personal and group development. She designs and works on leadership programs at business schools in Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East. She also works with individual coaching clients in leadership skills, career and life transitions, and communication and presentation skills. Founder and director of the company Integritas, Ann has worked with clients in consumer, business-to-business, high technology, manufacturing, government, non-profit and educational institutions. Roles at BPW Ann is one of the founding members of BPW Lake Geneva, the first English-speaking BPW club of the 40 clubs in Switzerland, and was Club President for five years. She was also on the board of the French-speaking BPW Lausanne club for three years. A member of the BPW Task Force for Leadership and Lifelong Learning, she is a certified PEP Trainer and also an author of the BPW Leadership Training for Women. Sabine Küsters is a qualified consultant and trainer for professional and interpersonal communication. She holds a doctoral degree in Biology from Konstanz University. During her career, she gathered experience in pharmaceutical research, product management, sales and business development at international pharma and biotechnology companies. For many years, Sabine trained and coached US-American and European customers and staff. Since the beginning of 2011, Sabine is a freelance business consultant, facilitator and trainer. She also conducts train-the-trainer courses. Her customers are individuals as well as agencies and larger companies in Biotech and Diagnostics, Finance, Automotive, Consumer Products and more. Roles at BPW Since 2007, Sabine is member of the BPW Club Düsseldorf, Germany; and from 2007 until 2014, she was Club President. Born in Romania, Rodica worked in several East-European countries and has lived in Switzerland for 12 years. She has over 15 years of experience as a learning and development professional in personal and business settings. In her previous roles as Sales Trainer for a multinational company in Europe then as a Professional Trainer in Switzerland, Rodica has acquired extensive experience in multinational, small & start-up companies, covering training, people management, marketing communications and direct sales. Within these roles she have successfully designed and delivered tailored training programs in Leadership, Team Management, Sales and Communication Skills Her strong desire to apply her knowledge has led Rodica to work as an independent trainer and consultant. With a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and a License in Communication and Public Relations, she set up and manage her own company- INSPIRACTION - specializing in training, marketing communications and consulting. Roles at BPW Rodica has joined the BPW (Jura) Switzerland in 2012 and she rapidly became certified PEP Trainer for the French speaking part of Switzerland. In 2015 she moved to Lausanne Area and joined the local BPW club where she engaged as a member of the board. In March 2017 she was elected as President of the BPW Lausanne Club. Ingrid is a coach and counselor focused on health related work, corporate health, team building and personal or organizational development. She is working with executives as well as working councils. These experiences with opposing interests and roles are beneficial to reaching her goal: content and motivated employees in a healthy workplace environment generate productivity and economic success. Her customers are public services, small and middle-sized companies, non-profits and educational institutes as well as labour unions. Her diploma in educational science, the certification as transactional analysist (CTA) and work experiences in advising mentally ill people on work issues among with founding, managing and leading social organisation. Roles at BPW Ingrid was member of the founding board of her Club in Regensburg in 2000 until she switched to the national board of BPW Germany as third vice-president until 2004. From 2012 to 2016 she was president of her club in Regensburg. Currently she is the leader of the Equal Pay Day campaign of BPW Regensburg, leader of the BPW German project group which is responsible for working out standards for cooperation and organisation of national BPW congresses, and also, Ingrid is an active member of BPW Danubenet. She is certified as a PEP trainer by BPW USA 2007 in New York and is conducting PEP Trainings, e.g. at the Community College Regensburg as part of an annual mentoring program for women. Anu Viks is a MA graduate from Tartu University (Estonia) in languages. Anu started her career as the teacher of languages for children (Estonian and English languages) and established her own business in teaching languages. Her professional life has carried her through several different paths. Anu has been involved in the international road transport business for 25 years. She has been conducting educational training trips for transport company managers to Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden and Finland since 1999. Anu likes to say that she has the “kaleidoscope” career – besides working in the road transport industry she is the author of several study books for children, has worked as the editor, guide and at present the trainer and has her own business Gallo Coffee. Roles at BPW Anu is a trainer of BPW Europe Task Force of Leadership and Life Long Learning. Anu is the Regional Coordinator of BPW Europe 2021-2024. Anu was the President of BPW Estonia 2015 – 2018. She became a member of BPW Estonia in 2002 and, showing herself as a good organizer, was elected in 2004 to the board of the biggest Club of BPW Estonia – Tallinn Club and was the President of Tallinn Club in the period 2006 – 2009. In 2011 Anu became a member of the Board of BPW Estonia and became the President of BPW Estonia in 2015. Anu organized the successful Leadership Training “Leadership Masterclass” in 2019 in Tallinn Estonia with 42 participants from 6 different countries in Europe. Anu has been the women empowerment trainer in two projects run by BPW Estonia – development program for women of Moldova and empowerment program for Estonian women to become entrepreneurs in cooperation with Coca Cola Foundation. She works with executives as well as working councils that are in change processes. Her goal: strengthen the self-awareness and personal responsibility of her customers for their competencies and beliefs. She works mainly for mid-size and big industrial companies. There she understands the company culture well as she has 15 years experience as Marketing Expert and Leader in IT- and Telecommunication Sector. Sabine is certified Master of Business Administration, Alexander Technique Teacher (ATI) and certified Coach. Roles at BPW Since 2011 Sabine is member of the BPW Club Düsseldorf, Germany; from 2011 till 2013 she was board member, responsible for the program. 2016 – 2018 she was Club President.
