BPW Leadership Training for Women Continues to Empower and Inspire!

The BPW Europe Working Group Learning for Leadership held another “Be a Better Leader” online training on 23rd and 30th September, and 7th October 2022. Trainers Anu Viks, Estonia, Ann Wood, Petya Barraud and Sheerah Kim, Switzerland, and Conny Montague and Sabine Grosser, Germany, led participants through the interactive format and vivid exchange of ideas and experiences.    

A highly motivated group of 10 participants from 5 different nationalities, coming from a  wide range of professional backgrounds (corporate, non-for-profit, academic, political, to name a few) and various levels of leadership experience, engaged in intensive learning and sharing during the 3 half-day sessions. At the end of the training they felt empowered, motivated, inspired, ambitious and strong to bring their leadership journey to the next level. 

BPW Europe offered scholarships to four Young BPW members to support and further encourage their leadership development. 
 
The digital training program is aimed at creating a personal and professional learning opportunity for BPW members and any other women interested in their leadership development.
 
The next digital BPW Leadership Training for Women Be a Better Leader will be held on 10th, 17th and 24th March 2023.
